Team Manager – Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Team Manager with strong expertise in the finance domain, specifically in Business Loans and Mortgage Loans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the complete loan cycle—from login to disbursement—and demonstrate proven ability in team leadership and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan officers/executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Oversee the end-to-end process of business loan and mortgage loan files, including login, documentation, verification, follow-ups, and final disbursement.

• Ensure accurate evaluation of customer profiles, financial documents, and eligibility criteria.

• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, and financial partners for smooth processing of loan applications.

• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and documentation standards.

• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to senior management.

• Resolve escalations and provide expert guidance on complex loan cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business and mortgage loan processing.

• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting parameters, and disbursement procedures.

• Excellent team management and leadership skills.

• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in documentation, follow-up, and client handling.
