Project Manager – Smart Home / Home Technologies / Audio Video Solutions / ELV Solutions
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end smart home projects (design → installation → handover)
• Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams
• Plan and track timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure smooth execution of home automation systems (lighting, AV, security, IoT)
• Handle on-site challenges and drive quick resolutions
• Deliver client demos, training, and final handover
• Maintain project documentation and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in home automation / AV / electrical project management
• Strong understanding of smart home tech (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Matter, KNX is a plus)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Autocad Knowledge
Qualifications
• Engineering degree (Electrical / Electronics / IT preferred)
Bonus Points
• Experience in luxury residential projects
• Exposure to IoT ecosystems & integration platforms
