About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business needs. This role demands strong communication skills, expertise in Dynamics 365, and the ability to work during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and data sources.
* Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.
* Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements or automation opportunities.
* Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits and quality checks.
* Assist in planning and executing system upgrades or enhancements.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).
* Strong understanding of CRM workflows, plugins, custom entities, and Power Platform tools.
* Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 consulting, implementation, or support roles.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data handling.
* Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad during UK business hours.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
