Technical Competencies:

We're looking a Cybersecurity Specialist to lead IAM strategy, execution, and team
development. The role involves managing IAM tools, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation,
and ensuring secure identity and access across systems while driving innovation and
continuous improvement.

Responsibility : 

● Serve as the go-to expert for all Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas like
access control, governance, privileged access, SSO, and identity federation.
● Work with clients to manage user access (adding, removing, authenticating, and
authorizing users) securely and efficiently.
Build and implement IAM plans that match customer goals and security standards.
● Maintain strong working relationships with business and IT leaders.
● Create and update IAM strategies and get feedback from stakeholders.
● Make sure IAM tasks and plans are in sync with the client’s overall priorities.
● Track IAM performance using metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and ensure top-quality service.
● Spot IAM risks or problems and handle them quickly and effectively.
● Manage issue escalation and ensure smooth recovery when things go wrong.
● Oversee IAM service contracts and agreed deliverables.
● Train and guide IAM team members, helping them grow and improve.
● Encourage team learning, innovation, and teamwork for continuous improvement.
● Keep up with IAM trends and suggest new ideas for better results.

Key Requirement

• At least 8 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or consulting in the cybersecurity space.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping
• Identity, and others.
• Successfully led and delivered complex IAM projects in large, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – able to connect with both tech and
• non-tech audiences.
• Experience in leading teams, encouraging collaboration, and building a positive work
• culture.
• Great at analyzing problems and making smart decisions while keeping security and
• business needs in mind.
• Having certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC is a big plus.
