Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications

• Collaborate with QA Engineers and Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans

• Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results

• Evaluate product code according to specifications

• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Manual Testing

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
