Technical Competencies

We're seeking a results driven Pre Sales and Delivery Director to lead strategy, ensure smooth solution delivery, and drive customer satisfaction with strong leadership and deep pre sales and delivery expertise.

Responsibility

• Lead pre sales efforts and be the main contact for potential clients during the sales process

• Work closely with sales and leadership teams to create custom proposals and solutions that fit client needs

• Handle the full pre sales process from designing solutions to pricing and sending proposals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and handle any delivery-related issues that come up

• Ensure all client work is of high quality and look for ways to improve our services

• Promote a customer focused approach across all teams to ensure great client experiences

• Guide and mentor delivery and technical teams to ensure consistent and successful project execution

• Improve how the delivery team works by streamlining operations and managing resources well

• Make sure client projects are delivered on time within budget and meet business goals

• Keep leadership updated on pre sales and delivery progress including any risks or key metrics

• Stay updated on market trends and tech advancements to find new business opportunities and boost growth

Key Requirement

• 14 years of experience in IT services or a similar industry with at least 4 years in a leadership role

• Hands-on experience in managing pre sales activities and growing an IT services business

• Strong skills in engaging with customers creating solutions and handling project management

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing key client relationships

• Ability to drive both high-value sales and smooth service delivery

• Excellent communication and presentation skills comfortable with both technical and non technical audiences

• Proven ability to lead teams build a positive work culture and keep team members engaged

• Strong at analyzing situations solving problems and making sound decisions while balancing business and security needs
