📝 Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients/customers for pending payments

Maintain daily records of collections and outstanding dues

Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients

Negotiate payment terms when required

Prepare and share collection reports with the management
🛠 Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of accounting

Familiarity with basic computer operations (Excel, Word, etc.)
