Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in managing core accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling sales and purchase entries, managing expenses, coordinating with the Chartered Accountant for GST reports, and following up on payments. Proficiency in Tally is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage sales and purchase entries in Tally.

• Prepare and send GST reports to the Chartered Accountant in a timely manner.

• Follow up on payments with clients and vendors to ensure timely collection.

• Track and manage daily expenses and petty cash.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification and approvals.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP software.

• Strong knowledge of GST regulations and reporting.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proactive in follow-ups and maintaining vendor/client relationships.
