Field Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in FMCG to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns on the ground, enhancing brand visibility, engaging with retailers/distributors, and supporting sales efforts in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:
• Execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and in-store branding as per company guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Collect real-time market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.
• Plan and coordinate sampling activities, product demonstrations, and local events.
• Ensure point-of-sale (POS) materials are correctly placed and maintained.
• Collaborate with the sales team to boost sales volume and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit timely reports.
• Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with distributors for replenishment.
• Conduct product training and awareness sessions at the outlet level.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of field marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Basic understanding of consumer behavior and retail channel operations.
• Proficient in using MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Preferred:
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Exposure to rural and urban retail markets.
• Knowledge of local language(s) will be an added advantage.

Compensation: Competitive salary (Base On Interview and Past salary) + travel allowances + incentives
