Principal Engineer (Dot Net Core + React)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer with deep expertise in C#, along with building scalable web applications using React.js and .NET (Core and Framework). In this role, you will play a key leadership role in architecture, design, and implementation while mentoring engineers and driving cross-functional excellence in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Provide expert-level guidance in C#, including advanced language features, best practices, and enterprise-grade application design.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technical direction.
• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring for engineering teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies for adoption.

Project Delivery

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for mission-critical systems and services.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and timelines.
• Guide DevOps, CI/CD, and automation strategies across teams.

Team Collaboration

• Act as the go-to technical expert and mentor for mid-level and junior engineers.
• Contribute to the development of internal engineering standards, best practices, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend: React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or equivalent), TypeScript, Webpack, REST/GraphQL integration.

Backend: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C# (expert-level proficiency in language design, advanced concepts, and enterprise application development), Entity Framework.

Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent RDBMS.

Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
