Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role is focused on inside sales and tele-calling, with no field work involved. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, generating new leads through calling, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Handle and follow up on provided leads and convert them into sales.

Generate new leads through cold calling and telephonic follow-ups when required.

Explain company services clearly and professionally to customers.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.

Achieve assigned sales targets within timelines.

Preferred Background:

Experience in a Social Media Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or Visa Consultancy is an advantage.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure.

Good customer handling and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and email writing.

No field work; office-based role only.
