Sr. Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for:
1. Responsible for: In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD Software. i.e. 2D, 3D.
2. 100% Timely Execute Design work, As per Target date.
3. Preparing Detailed BOM for all the products Design.
4. Professional People Management skills oral and written with client and Internal
Department Staff i.e. production.
5. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for Design work to Reporting management.
6. Considering cost effectiveness and safety of new designs
7. In case if required Project Site visit to be planed.
8. Assisting production team / engineering staff in the design and development of
components.
9. Interfacing with the engineering staff effectively to ensure the form, fit and function of
designs while also working with the management to ensure cost effectiveness and
manufacturability of designs.
10. New & Innovative idea implementation for cost reduction.
11. QC Skill (Internal area for all stage).
12. Presence with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with customer and understand problem
and do necessary changes in design to avoid future issues.
13. Report submission regarding Analysis for rework and rejection costing on monthly basis.
14. Product Cost Analysis skills.
15. Collaborating with the engineering staff to produce design sketches and drawings and
make necessary changes in accordance with applicable standards.
16. Preparing technical designs of products in accordance to the technical specifications
received from clients and sales team.
17. Reviewing and verifying design drawings and other technical documentation prepared by
others to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function.
18. Team work, Team building and Retention of team.
19. Behavior, Self Development, Grooming, Planning and organizing work.
20. Need to perform any additional task given by management time to time.

1. Granulation section equipment & Liquid Tanks drawing experience.
2. MS Office Skill
3. Good Verbal & Written communication in English.

Education: Mechanical or Electrical engineering (Diploma or Degree)
