Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists.

Design and implement scalable SEO workflows using modern automation tools (AI agents, Google Sheets automation, Zapier, etc.).

Conduct deep technical SEO audits and implement optimization strategies.

Own and deliver on organic traffic KPIs, reporting weekly/monthly growth insights with action plans.

Develop and execute keyword strategies aligned with business objectives and search intent.

Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer, Frase, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content creation, analysis, and SEO operations.

Oversee production of in-depth, high-quality, search-optimized content, ensuring originality, structure, E-E-A-T, and SERP alignment.

Conduct and review competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and content gap audits.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams for implementation of on-page and technical fixes.

Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI advancements that can impact workflows or rankings.

Use analytics platforms (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to assess performance, identify insights, and adjust strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Skills & Experience

Proven track record of scaling organic traffic significantly in competitive niches.

Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical, on-page, off-page, local, and content SEO.

Experience with AI-powered SEO tools and frameworks (prompting, automation pipelines, AI-assisted writing).

Strong knowledge of SEO automation, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms.

Ability to write, edit, and evaluate high-performing SEO content.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer, Frase, and NeuronWriter.

Familiarity with CRO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and modern SEO ranking signals.

Minimum Experience Required
