Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Role Overview
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be the primary link between project specifications and final delivery. Your focus is generating accurate material quotations, managing procurement relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from bid to site.

Key Responsibilities
* Estimation & Quoting: Prepare detailed price quotations based on a technical understanding of construction materials and project requirements.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term rapport with Purchase Managers and procurement teams.
* Field Engagement: Conduct occasional site visits to verify material needs and support project progress.
* Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any fulfillment issues.
* Customer Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth, professional experience for the client.
Qualifications
* Preferred: Engineering Degree
* Proven experience in construction material sales or estimation.
* Strong ability to read technical specs or Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to coordinate between sales and operations.
