Job Description:
  • Role Title: Operations Manager

Reports To: Branch Head

Primary Objective

Oversee and execute daily schedules, people coordination, and floor operations to ensure seamless functioning.


Core Ownership

  • Daily scheduling and readiness

  • Floor coordination and flow management

  • First-line problem solving and issue resolution


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish daily training schedules

  • Ensure coach availability, punctuality, and smooth session flow

  • Coordinate effectively with Sales, Coaches, Physio, and Nutrition teams

  • Monitor floor hygiene, safety standards, and discipline

  • Address client and staff concerns within the defined TAT

  • Maintain daily checklists, logs, and operational reports


Non-Negotiables

  • No schedule changes without proper documentation

  • No neglect of safety, maintenance, or facility issues

  • No verbal or informal handling of recurring problems


KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Schedule accuracy

  • Issue resolution turnaround time (TAT)

  • Facility readiness and compliance score


Authority

  • Allowed: Resolve day-to-day operational issues

  • Not Allowed: Override SOPs or approve any financial exceptions
