Job Description:

To hire a presentable and customer-focused Saleswoman who can assist customers efficiently, improve the in-store experience, and contribute to overall store performance through excellent service and strong product knowledge.


Key Competencies

• Strong customer handling skills
• Good product knowledge and presentation ability
• Confidence in guiding customers
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
• Understanding of visual merchandising
• Well-groomed and professional personality
• Good communication and convincing skills


Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products (bed linen, bath linen, curtains, etc.)
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Support billing and checkout activities
• Ensure proper product display and store appearance
• Stay updated with product knowledge and new collections
• Handle customer queries politely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Support the team in achieving sales targets


Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in any field (Hospitality or Retail preferred)

Experience:
1–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Experience in furnishing or lifestyle products will be an added advantage
