SICOSA Chemicals is a growing construction chemical brand specializing in tile adhesives, epoxy grouts, waterproofing solutions, and tile installation products. The company is known for delivering high-performance, durable, and site-friendly solutions for builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure projects across the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market development
  • Meet contractors, builders, architects, engineers, dealers, and project consultants regularly
  • Promote company products such as waterproofing chemicals, tile adhesives, grouts, admixtures, repair products, sealants, and related construction solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at project sites
  • Develop dealer and distributor network in assigned territory
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, collections, and order execution
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Coordinate with technical and dispatch teams for smooth execution
  • Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Journey Plans (WJP), and market feedback reports
  • Ensure timely payment collections from clients as per company norms

Requisite Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of construction chemicals and site sales
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Market networking and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Education:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
