Field sales Executive
Job Description:
Industry: FMCG / Namkeen / Snacks
This is a growing namkeen manufacturing company with a strong presence in domestic and export markets, offering a wide range of snack products and private labelling solutions.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Increase product reach and market coverage
- Generate new business opportunities in GT and MT channels
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and onboard new clients and distributors
- Achieve monthly business development targets
- Ensure repeat business from newly acquired clients
- Coordinate timely payment collection from customers
- Conduct regular market visits
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes
- Share market feedback and customer insights
- Submit daily WhatsApp reports including visits, orders, collections, and market updates
- Travel within Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and other assigned territories as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in FMCG / Food / Namkeen / Snacks preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience preferred
- Ability to build distributor and retailer network
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and reporting
- Willingness to travel
