Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and strengthen human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and organizational development within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Jewellery, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading industries.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in the Jewellery or Diamond industry is highly preferred.
• Strong recruitment and people management skills.
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and efficiency.
