Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end Digital Marketing Strategy across SEO, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Community Marketing channels

• Identify and activate compliant Advertising Channels, including Age-Gated Programmatic Advertising, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), Industry Publications, and other regulated media opportunities

• Lead SEO Strategy including Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, Technical SEO Audits, Content Planning, Content Calendar Management, and Link Building for the US market

• Build and manage Email Marketing Automation using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms with Age Verification Workflows, Customer Journeys, Lifecycle Marketing, and CAN-SPAM Compliance

• Execute TCPA-Compliant SMS Marketing Campaigns, including Opt-In/Opt-Out Management, Marketing Automation Flows, and customer engagement campaigns

• Manage Affiliate Marketing Programs and Influencer Partnerships while ensuring FTC Compliance, Disclosure Requirements, and performance tracking

• Grow and manage Organic Social Media Marketing across compliant platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Discord

• Own Marketing Analytics and reporting by tracking CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), Email KPIs, SMS KPIs, Website Traffic, and Organic Growth Metrics

• Manage Marketing Budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and provide Team Leadership, Mentorship, and performance reviews for junior marketing team members

• Monitor Regulatory Compliance, Industry Regulations, and changing market requirements; adapt marketing strategies based on compliance updates

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related fields

• Experience working in Regulated Industries with knowledge of compliance-driven marketing environments

• Strong understanding of Advertising Compliance, Industry Regulations, Platform Policies, and Consumer Marketing Restrictions

• Advanced SEO Expertise with hands-on experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Keyword Analysis Tools, and Technical SEO Platforms

• Strong Email Marketing and Marketing Automation experience using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM/ESP Platforms

• Experience with SMS Marketing Platforms such as Postscript, Attentive, or similar customer engagement tools

• Hands-on experience managing Affiliate Networks, Partner Marketing Programs, and Influencer Marketing Campaigns

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Shopify, Marketing Dashboards, Data Analysis, and Performance Reporting

• Strong Data-Driven Decision Making, Marketing Attribution, Conversion Optimization, and Customer Lifecycle Management skills

• Experience in Team Management, Leadership, Mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
