Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Telecaller with 1–3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Engagement. Candidates with exposure to the IT Industry, Software Products, Computer Hardware, Technology Solutions, or Distribution Channels will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Channel Partners to promote products and solutions.
  • Generate and qualify B2B Leads through telephonic conversations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead status in CRM Software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, dealers, and distributors.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to maximize conversions.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation and customer engagement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Product Marketing.
  • Experience in Computer Hardware Products, IT Products, Software Solutions, Networking Products, or Distribution Business will be an advantage.
  • Strong Verbal Communication, Customer Handling, and Persuasion Skills.
  • Good command of Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English communication.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM Tools.
  • Strong Follow-up, Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Lead Conversion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B Lead Generation and Channel Partner Communication.
  • Familiarity with IT Products, Computer Hardware, Software Solutions, Networking Equipment, or Technology Distribution.
  • Candidates from IT, Technology, Hardware, Software, Telecom, Industrial Products, Electronics, or similar industries are welcome.
  • Candidates from Holiday Packages, Travel Sales, Credit Card Sales, Loan Sales, or similar high-volume consumer sales backgrounds are not preferred.
