Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HVAC Service & Spare Parts Coordinator with knowledge of HVAC Systems and experience in Spare Parts Management, Vendor Development, and Service Coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely spare part availability, minimizing Turnaround Time (TAT), coordinating with OEM teams, and managing the complete spare parts lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HVAC Spare Parts Operations for service and maintenance activities.
- Ensure minimum Turnaround Time (TAT) for service requests and spare part requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with New Vendors for HVAC spare parts and materials.
- Coordinate with the Carrier Team for spare part requirements, approvals, and service support.
- Monitor and manage Carrier Spare Parts, ensuring timely return and closure as per company policies.
- Track spare part inventory, availability, and consumption records.
- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for spare part allocation and dispatch.
- Follow up with suppliers and OEMs for timely delivery of critical components.
- Maintain accurate records of spare part movements, returns, and inventory status.
- Prepare reports related to spare parts utilization, vendor performance, and service support activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal service procedures.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC Systems and HVAC components.
- Experience in Spare Parts Management and Inventory Control.
- Strong Vendor Development and Vendor Management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with OEM Teams and service departments.
- Excellent Communication, Follow-up, and Coordination Skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP Systems, and inventory tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
