Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive HVAC Operations Coordinator with knowledge of HVAC Systems and strong Client Management skills. The candidate will be responsible for Team Planning, Work Progress Monitoring, Operator Management, and coordination with clients to ensure smooth execution of HVAC service and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Client-Facing Coordinator for service and operational activities.
• Prepare and manage Daily Team Movement Planning and Monthly Resource Planning.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and deployment based on project and service requirements.
• Monitor and track Actual Work Progress vs Planned Activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Effectively manage and utilize CRO and CR Torrent systems for operational tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding work schedules, progress updates, and operational requirements.
• Handle complete Operator Management, including deployment, attendance tracking, performance follow-up, and operational coordination.
• Ensure smooth communication between field teams, supervisors, and management.
• Maintain operational records, workforce data, and planning documentation.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and service efficiency.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and compliance with client requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HVAC Systems and field operations.
• Strong Client Handling and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience in Workforce Planning and Resource Management.
• Ability to monitor Project Progress and operational performance.
• Knowledge of CRO, CR Torrent, and operational tracking systems.
• Strong Communication, Coordination, and Reporting Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
