Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Project Coordinator / Planning Engineer with knowledge of HVAC Systems, AC Servicing, and Troubleshooting. The candidate will support Project Planning, Material Management, Technical Documentation, and Site Coordination activities to ensure successful project execution. Experience in AC Installation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for AC Servicing and HVAC Troubleshooting activities whenever required.
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and tracking of Project Schedules and execution timelines.
• Support Material Planning, Quantity Tracking, and Requirement Forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Monitor Material Status, Procurement Updates, and Delivery Timelines to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
• Track and manage all project materials using the designated Application/ERP System.
• Prepare, submit, and track Technical Submittals, including Drawings, Datasheets, Compliance Documents, and Approval Records.
• Compile and verify Site Measurement Data received from execution teams.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers regarding progress updates, technical clarifications, and material requirements.
• Maintain organized Project Documentation, technical records, and correspondence.
• Prepare Periodic Progress Reports for internal management and client communication.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and execution teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Support project monitoring activities and maintain accurate project status records.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, and Troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Project Planning, Project Coordination, and Material Management.
• Experience in Technical Documentation and Submittal Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP Systems, and project tracking applications.
• Strong Communication, Coordination, and Reporting Skills.
• Ability to work with site teams, vendors, and clients effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AC Installation and HVAC project execution.
• Familiarity with VRF Systems, Ducting, Ventilation Systems, and Chiller Systems.
• Exposure to commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
