Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and grow Social Media Platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, Reels, short-form videos, and visual creatives.
• Plan, execute, and manage Social Media Campaigns to improve brand awareness, reach, and audience engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and analyze Social Media Insights, Analytics, and Engagement Metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest Social Media Trends, Platform Algorithms, Digital Marketing Strategies, and Industry Best Practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AI Tools for Content Creation, Copywriting, Image Generation, Video Editing, and Marketing Automation.
• Good understanding of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, and Digital Branding.
• Creative mindset with excellent Written Communication, Content Writing, and Creative Thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Business Tools, Facebook Business Manager, and other Content Scheduling Tools.
• Basic knowledge of Social Media Analytics, Audience Targeting, Hashtag Strategy, and Campaign Optimization.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new marketing tools, and stay updated with emerging digital technologies.
• Strong time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
