Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tourist Visa Counselor who can handle end-to-end Tourist Visa Processing for international holiday destinations. The candidate should have strong expertise in Visa Documentation, Client Relationship Management, Case Processing, and Country-Specific Tourist Visa Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Tourist Visa Applications only (No Work Visa Processing).
• Provide accurate guidance for Tourist Visa Requirements of:
  • Schengen Countries
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States (USA)
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Other International Holiday Destinations
• Verify, review, and validate Visa Documents, including Financial Documents, Bank Statements, Income Proof, Travel Itineraries, Cover Letters, Passport Documents, and Supporting Documents.
• Prepare, review, and submit Complete Visa Application Files ensuring document accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with VFS Global, Embassies, Consulates, and Visa Application Centres (VACs) for application submission.
• Track Visa Application Status and provide regular client updates throughout the process.
• Handle Visa Refusals, analyze rejection reasons, and guide clients through the Re-Application Process.
• Maintain Visa Records, Application Database, MIS Reports, and proper Documentation Management.
• Ensure compliance with Embassy Guidelines, Visa Policies, and Country-Specific Documentation Requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong knowledge of Holiday Tourist Visa Documentation, Visa Procedures, and Country-Specific Immigration Requirements. (Student Visa Knowledge will be an added advantage.)
• Excellent Client Handling, Communication, and Counseling Skills.
• High Attention to Detail with strong Document Verification and Accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple visa applications while meeting submission deadlines.
• Strong Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Travel Agency, Visa Consultancy, or Immigration Services environment.
• Hands-on experience with VFS Global Systems, Embassy Portals, and Online Visa Application Platforms.
• Knowledge of Travel Itinerary Planning, Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, and Travel Insurance documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email Communication, and MIS Reporting.
