Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, Target-Driven Travel Sales Specialist with a proven ability to convert digital leads into confirmed holiday bookings. The ideal candidate should excel in Travel Sales, Lead Conversion, Sales Closing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while delivering a premium Travel Consultation Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Digital Leads generated through Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Campaigns, and other Online Marketing Channels into confirmed bookings.
  • Respond promptly to inbound Sales Leads to maximize Lead Conversion Rate.
  • Design and present Customized Holiday Packages based on Client Requirements, Travel Preferences, and Budget.
  • Consistently achieve Monthly Sales Targets, Quarterly Revenue Goals, and Conversion KPIs.
  • Conduct regular Lead Follow-ups through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email, and other Customer Engagement Channels.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure Seamless Booking Execution and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate Client Records, Sales Pipeline, and Lead Interaction History in the CRM System (Mandatory).
  • Stay updated with International Destinations, Visa Requirements, Travel Regulations, Tour Packages, and Travel Industry Trends.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell premium travel services including Hotel Upgrades, Travel Insurance, Sightseeing Tours, Excursions, and other Value-Added Services.
  • Build strong Client Relationships to generate Repeat Business, Customer Retention, and Referral Sales.
  • Prepare and submit Sales Reports, Lead Conversion Reports, Pipeline Updates, and Performance Reports to management.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, or Travel Consultancy (Non-Negotiable).
  • Proven success in Digital Lead Conversion from Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, and other Online Marketing Channels.
  • Strong knowledge of International Travel Destinations including Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, Maldives, and other popular tourist destinations.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed Sales Targets, Revenue Goals, and Conversion Metrics.
  • Experience working in a Fast-Paced, Lead-Driven Sales Environment with excellent Lead Management and Follow-up Discipline.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an added advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Software, Lead Management Systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Sales Reporting Tools.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management, Consultative Selling, Negotiation Skills
