Job Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements from management and various departments.
- Create and publish job postings on job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and final-round interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
- Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment databases, and HR documentation.
- Ensure all employee documents are collected, verified, and properly maintained.
- Support HR compliance and documentation requirements.
- Keep recruitment and employee records updated and organized.
Vendor & External Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, freelancers, recruitment agencies, and service providers.
- Maintain professional relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Follow up on quotations, invoices, contracts, documentation, and service delivery.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between the company and external parties.
- Assist management in coordinating with third-party service providers when required.
Office Administration & Workplace Environment
- Support day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace environment.
- Coordinate office-related requirements and general administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing meetings, employee engagement activities, celebrations, and training sessions.
- Support smooth communication and coordination across departments.
- Ensure workplace policies, procedures, and professional standards are followed.
HR Operations & Coordination
- Assist management with HR-related coordination and administrative support.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Support process improvement initiatives within HR and administration functions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR and coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in startups, SaaS companies, IT companies, or service-based organizations is preferred.
