Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, or other job portals is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
