We are looking for an experienced *Salesforce QA Engineer* with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing and defect management.

 Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute *test cases, test scenarios, and test plans* for Salesforce applications.
* Perform *functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing*.
* Test Salesforce modules such as *Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications*.
* Validate Salesforce workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and data.
* Perform *UI and functional testing* across Salesforce environments.
* Validate data migration and data integrity between Salesforce and external systems.
* Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as *Jira*.
* Collaborate with Developers, Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Participate in requirement analysis and identify potential testing scenarios.
* Execute regression testing after deployments and releases.
* Prepare test execution reports and maintain QA documentation.
* Support *UAT and production release validation*.

Required Skills

 *3–4 years of experience in Software QA / Salesforce Testing.
* Strong hands-on experience in *Salesforce QA/testing*.
* Good understanding of *Salesforce CRM functionality*.
* Experience in *Functional, Regression, Integration, System & End-to-End Testing*.
* Knowledge of *Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud*.
* Experience with *Jira or similar defect management tools*.
* Good understanding of *SDLC and STLC*.
* Strong knowledge of test case preparation and defect lifecycle.
* Good communication and analytical skills.

Good to Have

* Experience with *Salesforce APIs / integrations*.
* Basic knowledge of *SOQL*.
* Experience with *Postman/API testing*.
* Knowledge of *Salesforce deployment and release processes*.
* Exposure to *Agile/Scrum methodology*.
* Experience with Salesforce automation/testing tools such as *Selenium, Copado, Provar, or similar tools*.
