Job Summary: The Lead Generation Executive isresponsible for identifying and qualifying potential customersfor our Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Thisrole involves researching target markets, generating leads via Cold Calls, Emails and LinkedIn or any platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads within target markets using varioustools and techniques.
• Generation and qualify leadsthrough outbound and inboundmarketing activities.
• Develop andmaintain a database of potential clients and track interactions usingCRM software.
• Collaborate with the salesteam to ensure leads are properly handed off and followed up.
• Conductmarketresearch to identify newopportunities and trendsin the industry.
• Create and execute lead generation campaigns, including email marketing,social media, and webinars.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjuststrategiesto improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products and industry best practices.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and resultsfor management.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inmarketing,Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation orsales, preferably within the IT orsoftware industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software,such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with digitalmarketing tools and techniquesis a plus.


Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the IT services and consulting industry. (Preferred -Microsoft Dynamics segment)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics correlated fields.
• Cold Callings and Cold Emails
