Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation

  • Maintain records, data entry, and manage files efficiently

  • Coordinate with internal teams for information and task updates

  • Assist in preparing reports, emails, and basic communication

  • Support administrative and operational activities

  • Use computer applications for data management

  • Handle basic negotiation/coordination when required


Required Skills

  • Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)

  • Strong communication & basic negotiation skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • Team coordination skills

  • Prior experience in back office/administration preferred
