Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation

Maintain records, data entry, and manage files efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams for information and task updates

Assist in preparing reports, emails, and basic communication

Support administrative and operational activities

Use computer applications for data management

Handle basic negotiation/coordination when required
Required Skills

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)

Prior experience in back office/administration preferred
