Job Purpose
To acquire, maintain and manage Government customers and existing end-user customers across the allotted territory and generate sales for all types of AHUs, Air Washers, Ventilation Systems, and SS / Copper Coils in the company product range.
Responsibilities
Responsible for:

Achieving sales targets by acquiring, maintaining, and managing Government customers and existing end-user customers across the allotted territory.

Achieving on-field sales revenue targets as assigned.

Visiting the field for sales activities from inquiry stage to closure stage.

Getting brand approvals from architects and consultants dealing in HVAC products and coordinating with the Operations Department for documentation required for vendor registration.

Generating AHU enquiries and determining the application requirements.
-
Coordinating with the Head Office for equipment sizing and costing.
-
Coordinating with the Head Office for generation of quotations and GA drawings.
-
Negotiating with customers on terms of agreement such as price, credit, delivery, and specifications.

Following up with customers until finalization of sales and receipt of Purchase Order and advance payment.

Creating a databank through data mining from various platforms and industry sources.
-
Generating sales leads through Google search, tele-calling, and following up on the same for closure.

Generating sales from inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online marketplaces.

Following up with customers for C-Form and outstanding payment collection.

Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Maintaining and managing relationships with existing customers.

Regular coordination with departments involved in production and assembly.
-
Following up with clients for timely collection of payments before due dates.

Coordinating with Finance/Accounts for payment clearance and receipt from clients.

Preparing invoices for all sales orders and dispatching the same to the client while coordinating with logistics for dispatch.

Following up on dispatch status of client orders with the concerned team members.

Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving queries and complaints within timelines in coordination with the Service Department.

Ensuring all KRAs and KPIs are achieved effectively.

Preparing lead MIS reports, ERP data entry, sales pipeline reports, and sales performance reports on time.

Performing any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Education
Preferably BE Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
Relevant Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in industrial products.
Experience in an AHU manufacturing company will be preferred.
