Field Sales Executive
Job Description:
About Company
Company deals in construction chemicals such as tile adhesives, waterproofing solutions, grouting, and plaster products used in construction and interior projects.
Job Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and dealers for product promotion
Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships
Explain product benefits (adhesives, waterproofing, etc.) to clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with distributors and retailers
Conduct product demos when required
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Key Skills
Field sales / B2B sales knowledge
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic understanding of construction or building materials (preferred)
Ability to travel locally
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in sales (preferably field sales)
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
Graduate / Any stream
