Job Description:

Job Location : Gujarat + MP - 1   , Maharashtra + Goa = 2

Responsible for:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets by acquiring, maintaining, and managing Government Customers, End-User Customers, and Key Accounts across the allotted territory.
  2. Achieving assigned Sales Revenue Targets through Field Sales activities.
  3. Managing the complete Sales Cycle from Inquiry Generation to Deal Closure.
  4. Obtaining Brand Approvals from Architects, Consultants, and stakeholders dealing in HVAC Products, along with Vendor Registration and Operations Coordination.
  5. Generating AHU (Air Handling Unit) Enquiries and identifying the relevant Application Requirements.
  6. Coordinating with Head Office for Equipment Sizing, Technical Evaluation, and Cost Estimation.
  7. Coordinating with Head Office for Quotation Preparation and GA (General Arrangement) Drawings.
  8. Conducting Commercial Negotiations on Pricing, Credit Terms, Delivery Schedules, and Technical Specifications.
  9. Following up with customers until Sales Finalization, receipt of Purchase Orders (POs), and Advance Payments.
  10. Creating and maintaining a Customer Database, Data Mining, and Market Intelligence through multiple industry platforms.
  11. Generating Sales Leads through Google Prospecting, Telecalling, and systematic Lead Follow-up for closure.
  12. Generating business through IndiaMART Leads, Online Marketplaces, and Digital Lead Generation Channels.
  13. Following up for C-Form Collection, Outstanding Receivables, and Payment Recovery.
  14. Representing the company at Trade Exhibitions, Industry Events, Product Demonstrations, and Technical Seminars.
  15. Managing Customer Relationships and ensuring long-term Client Retention.
  16. Coordinating with Production, Assembly, and Operations Teams for smooth project execution.
  17. Ensuring timely Payment Collection and Receivables Management before due dates.
  18. Coordinating with Finance & Accounts for Payment Clearance and customer receipts.
  19. Preparing Invoices, managing Order Processing, and coordinating with Logistics for dispatch.
  20. Monitoring Order Dispatch Status and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery.
  21. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Resolution, and effective After-Sales Service Coordination.
  22. Ensuring achievement of all KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  23. Maintaining MIS Reports, ERP Data Entry, Sales Pipeline Reports, Lead Tracking, and Sales Performance Reports.
  24. Performing additional responsibilities assigned by Management as required.

Requisite Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HVAC Products, AHU Systems, Industrial Products, Market Competition, and Product Positioning.
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings, GA Drawings, and Technical Documents.
  • Strong Target Achievement Orientation and Result-Driven Approach.

Education:

  • BE Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 Years of Field Sales Experience in Industrial Products.
  • Experience in AHU Manufacturing, HVAC Industry, Technical Sales, Industrial Equipment Sales, MEP Projects, or Building Services Industry preferred.
