Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day Back Office Operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage Salary Processing, payroll support, and Attendance Management records.
  • Maintain Employee Records, office files, and documentation.
  • Prepare MIS Reports, operational reports, and ensure Data Accuracy in MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth Workflow Management.
  • Handle Email Communication, follow-ups, and operational support tasks.
  • Maintain Databases, records, and management information systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high accuracy.
  • Support Office Administration, coordination, and backend processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and data management tools.
  • Experience in Salary Processing and Attendance Tracking.
  • Documentation Management and Report Preparation.
  • Data Entry, Data Validation, and Record Management.
  • Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong Coordination, Multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Commerce, Business Administration, or Management background preferred.
