SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team by preparing Quotations, maintaining Customer Records, coordinating Order Processing, and ensuring smooth Customer Communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Order Acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding Sales Inquiries and Order Status.
• Follow up with customers for Quotation Approvals and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with Production and Planning Departments regarding Delivery Schedules.
• Maintain Customer Master Data and Sales Records.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
• Handle Customer Calls, Emails, and Order Confirmations.
• Support the sales team in Tender Documentation and Commercial Proposals.
• Coordinate Dispatch Schedules with the Logistics Team.
• Monitor Pending Orders and provide regular Customer Updates.
• Maintain proper Sales Documentation and records of all sales activities.
• Assist in Payment Follow-ups whenever required.
• Provide After-Sales Coordination support.
• Ensure Timely Communication between customers and internal departments.
• Perform other Administrative Duties assigned by management.
