Job Purpose
Responsible for managing HR, IR, and Administration functions at the corporate office and other premises including office locations and factory. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and overall administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & HR Operations

Manage job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for recruitment activities.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
-
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
-
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
-
Monitor and maintain daily attendance records.
-
Manage HRMS and ERP systems for HR operations.
-
Maintain employee records including hiring, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism.
Employee Relations & HR Administration
-
Address employee grievances in coordination with department heads.
-
Ensure timely salary, wages, and employee benefit disbursement.

Manage leave records, time office activities, and payroll coordination.
-
Assist management in performance evaluations (KRA/KPI).
-
Prepare Full & Final settlements and exit formalities for employees.
-
Issue official letters such as increment, promotion, termination, show-cause, and relieving letters.

Generate and manage UAN, PF, and ESIC registrations and related documentation.
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain statutory records including PF, ESIC, and other legal registers.

Maintain contractor documentation including agreements, compliance records, and statutory filings.
Administration & Facility Management

Oversee office and factory administration including housekeeping, workplace hygiene, and facility management.

Coordinate with vendors for services such as transportation, food services, and workplace maintenance.

Manage office supplies, asset tagging, and asset register maintenance.

Handle office and factory repairs and maintenance activities.
-
Monitor security services and ensure protection of company assets.
Operational Support

Assist service teams with ticket booking and travel arrangements when required.

Monitor departmental expenses and support in budget preparation and cost control.
-
Ensure all operational activities follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Support management with additional tasks as required.
