We are looking for an Admin Executive to handle daily administrative activities and support office operations. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation, quotations, billing, and data management

  • Understand company products and explain them to clients (training will be provided)

  • Coordinate with staff and vendors for materials and work requirements

  • Follow up for payments and order updates

  • Manage emails, calls, and client follow-ups

  • Maintain records and ensure proper data entry

Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and documentation
