Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field work, references, and online platforms
Handle customer inquiries and explain property details
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Maintain follow-ups with prospective buyers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
Build strong customer relationships
Maintain sales reports and client database

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of real estate sales process
Ability to convince and close deals
