Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming Sales Inquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website Leads, and other online sources.
  2. Verify and qualify Lead Authenticity before assigning inquiries to the Tele Sales Team.
  3. Maintain accurate MIS Reports, Customer Records, and Lead Database.
  4. Perform Data Mining and create a comprehensive Customer Database and Industry Databank.
  5. Utilize ERP Software for data entry, lead tracking, and customer information management.
  6. Develop and expand a PAN India Dealer Network.
  7. Generate Sales Leads through Google Search, Tele Calling, Cold Calling, and regular Follow-ups.
  8. Achieve assigned Sales Targets and Revenue Goals.
  9. Convert inquiries received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other Online Marketplaces into sales opportunities.
  10. Prepare Price Quotations, negotiate with prospects, and conduct follow-ups for Sales Closure.
  11. Create Sales Job Orders and coordinate with the Production Team for timely order processing.
  12. Ensure effective Interdepartmental Coordination with Production, Assembly, and other operational teams.
  13. Follow up with clients for Payment Collection and ensure timely recovery before due dates.
  14. Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Departments for payment clearance and receipts.
  15. Prepare Invoices, process Sales Documentation, and coordinate with Logistics for dispatch activities.
  16. Track Order Dispatch Status and provide updates to customers.
  17. Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by resolving customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
  18. Prepare and maintain Lead MIS Reports, Sales Pipeline Reports, Sales Performance Reports, and other management reports.

Additional Requirements

  • Female Candidates preferred for Inside Sales roles.
  • Male Candidates preferred for Field Sales roles.
  • Immediate Joiners or candidates with a Short Notice Period will be preferred.
