SALES ENGINEER
Job Description:
Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting Transformer Products, identifying New Business Opportunities, and achieving Sales Targets by providing Technical and Commercial Solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Business Opportunities in assigned Territories.
- Visit Industries, Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Utility Companies.
- Understand Customer Technical Requirements.
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Quotations.
- Negotiate Pricing and Commercial Terms.
- Finalize Purchase Orders (POs).
- Build Long-Term Customer Relationships.
- Conduct Product Presentations and Technical Demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the Design Team for Technical Clarifications.
- Follow up on Quotations until Order Finalization.
- Achieve Monthly and Annual Sales Targets.
- Monitor Market Trends, Competitor Activities, and Industry Developments.
- Attend Exhibitions, Trade Shows, and Customer Meetings.
- Prepare Sales Reports, Sales Forecasts, and Pipeline Reports.
- Ensure complete Customer Satisfaction and After-Sales Support.
Qualification
- B.E. Electrical / B.E. Mechanical
- MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
