Job Description:

We provide Outsourced Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO Support to businesses across the US Market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building and improving the Sales Process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and Qualify Leads through research and outreach.
  • Build strong Client Relationships with prospective customers.
  • Manage LinkedIn Outreach, Email Campaigns, and other Lead Generation Channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM System with accurate client data.
  • Schedule Discovery Calls and client meetings.
  • Assist in Proposal Preparation, Follow-ups, and Sales Coordination.
  • Contribute to improving the overall Business Development Strategy and Sales Pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking.
  • Self-Motivated, Target-Oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Highly Organized with strong Attention to Detail.
  • Comfortable using AI Tools, CRM Software, and modern Sales Technologies.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
