Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with experience in industrial/B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Prepare and deliver technical/product presentations to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, support) for smooth order execution
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
Handle client queries and provide after-sales support
Key Skills Required:
Strong B2B / Industrial Sales knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Good understanding of technical/industrial products
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Time management and target-oriented mindset
Educational Qualification:
Graduate and engineering preferred
Preferred Experience:
Experience in industrial products (machinery, tools, chemicals, etc.)
Exposure to field sales and client handling
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales revenue and target achievement
Client acquisition & retention rate
Conversion ratio (leads to sales)
Customer satisfaction level
