We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (SaaS) to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our SaaS Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Consultative Selling, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, Networking, and Referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong Sales Pipeline.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations, Client Presentations, and Sales Meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SaaS Solutions.
  • Manage the complete Sales Cycle from Lead Generation and Prospecting to Deal Closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term Client Relationships with Key Stakeholders and Decision Makers.
  • Prepare Proposals, Quotations, Commercial Agreements, and Sales Documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Product Team to support Business Growth Initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of Leads, Sales Opportunities, Customer Interactions, and Sales Activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets while ensuring Revenue Growth.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Account Management, and Pipeline Management.
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills.
  • Experience handling Enterprise Clients, Mid-Market Clients, or Corporate Accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and the SaaS Sales Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, Sales Forecasting, and Revenue Generation.
  • Self-motivated, Target-Oriented, Result-Driven, and capable of working independently.
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
